PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head box rise and fall type blind which securely prevents the revolving movement of the head box during rise and fall operations of the head box. SOLUTION: Upper pulleys 17a, 17b are furnished at the upper part of the both ends of the head box 6, and at the lower part, lower pulleys 17c, 17d are furnished, and the pulleys are located so as to come into contact with both sides of a guiding wire 13.
