PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair-dyeing agent composition having slight damage to hair and stimulation to scalp in dyeing and having good hair-dyeing force. SOLUTION: This hair-dyeing agent composition in applying to hair is characterized by including an oxidation dye and ascorbic acid oxidase therein. The ascorbic acid oxidase is formulated in an amount of 0.00005-50 wt.%, preferably 0.0005-20 wt.% based on the composition in applying to hair, though the amount formulating to the composition depends on shape and treating time of the composition and potency of the enzyme and can not completely be specified. One or two or more kinds of phenylenediamines, aminophenols, diaminopyridines and salts thereof are preferably formulated as the oxidation dye.
