PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early warming device for a prime mover using driving system fluid such as fluid for a transmission. SOLUTION: In a driving device 10 for a vehicle provided with an automatic transmission 18, a coolant pipe 34 is provided with a heat exchanger 44 for heat exchanging between coolant and fluid for the transmission (ATF), coolant is heated by the ATF heated to a high temperature by a warming promoting operation of a second heat storage tank 46 or the automatic transmission 18 and warming of an internal combustion engine 12 is promoted.
