PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive fluorine containing polyimide precursor composition for light-waveguide which achieves low loss of light in the region of near-infrared wavelength, high thermal resistance and low hygroscopic coefficient. SOLUTION: The composition utilizes a fluorine containing polyamide-ester obtained by polymerizing an alkoxy ester, especially t-butoxy ester.
