<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fault resulting from the entry of water between an insulation case and a plug hole sealer. SOLUTION: This invention refers to the main case 301 which accommodates the primary coil 305 and the secondary coil 306 in a mutual induction relation, the insulation case 300 with the insertion part 302 inserted in plug hole 11 of an internal combustion engine and the base socket 3220 equipped in perimeter of the above-mentioned insertion part 302 and sealing the contact face to the above-mentioned plug hole 11. In the ignition coil 30 for internal combustion engines which feeds the high voltage generated by mutual induction of the above-mentioned primary coil 305 and the above-mentioned secondary coil 306 to the ignition plug 20 provided in the above-mentioned plug hole 11, the bevel shaped part 303 covering the part from outer sealing surface to a perimeter outside of the above-mentioned base socket 3220 is formed in the above- mentioned insulation case 300.</p> |
