PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method for a sash unit with a shutter capable of fitting the sash unit with a shutter to a wall without constructing a scaffold on the outdoor side and without taking comparatively much time. SOLUTION: The sash unit U1 with a shutter is fitted from the indoor (interior surface 5) side to the wall (connecting wall panel 1). The sash unit U1 with a shutter is constructed by previously integrating a shutter disposed on the outdoor side of the sash and a case 3 for storing the shutter with the sash.
