PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet for low temperature air-conditioning having two functions of vapor condensation prevention and horizontal cold air supply being further optimized. SOLUTION: The air outlet for low temperature air-conditioning flows low temperature air from an air-conditioner incorporated in a ceiling. Further, the air outlet is provided with a housing 1 the lower end of which fronts on the internal part of a room and in which a chamber 1a is formed, and a flow control body 4 situated at the internal part of the housing 1. The flow control body 4 discharges cool air approximately to a spot right below from the central part of the chamber 1a, to a spot approximately right below as a slow swirl flow from the periphery of the central part of the chamber 1a, and to a spot approximately horizontally as a strong swirl flow from the peripheral edge of the chamber 1a.
