PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly with simple structure and to miniaturize constitution by smoothly moving a moving lens frame supporting a lens without generating vibration and noise by an incorporated driving source. SOLUTION: In this lens driving device, a nut holder 126 is attachably/ detachably engaged with a nut 121 and driven by a lead screw 10 integrally with the nut 121 when it is engaged therewith, so that a moving lens frame 11 is surely driven though the assembly is easy.
