PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display that the food is polluted. SOLUTION: This pollution detection means of food is equipped with an indicator coupled with a base material 20, and the indicator is communicated with juice from the food 12 to be tested on existence of a toxin. A means for changing the color of the indicator is installed in order to display that the food is polluted when the toxin exists in the juice from the food.
