PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodflour-containing thermoplastic resin composition which can be produced without causing the scattering of a woodflour or a strange odor due to scorch, in which the woodflour in a high concentration can be homogeneously dispersed, and which is excellent in compatibility between the thermoplastic resin and the woodflour and, when molded, gives a molding having a good external appearance and an excellent shape retention. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a woodflour, a particulate thermoplastic resin, and a binder solution and can be easily produced by mixing the particulate thermoplastic resin with the binder solution and then mixing the resultant mixture with the woodflour.
