PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper processing by enhancing shape-error measuring accuracy by accurately calculating the setting error of a part, comprising many surfaces having various shapes and reducing the influence or the like on the abnormal value contained in measuring data. SOLUTION: The coordinates conversion of the three-dimensional shape measuring result and the design shape of a member having a plurality of surfaces is performed, so that an evaluation value indicating the difference between the shape measuring result and the design shape becomes minimum, so as to calculated error data between the shape-measuring result and the design shape.
