FLOOR MAT FOR CAR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat having superior preventiveness against disloca tion not only in a loaded condition due to external force but also in a non- loaded condition and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This floor mat is provided with an elastic layer 2 at least on its lower face, and a groove 4 at least in one direction at the lower face of multiple slide-preventive projections 3 of the mat formed on the lower face of the elastic layer 2 and divided into two or more partitions. This is manufactured by pressure welding a heated network to the lower face of the slide- preventive projections formed on the mat, cooling and then forcibly detaching the network from the slide-preventive projections.
