PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereomicroscope which views the halation images using coaxial vertical illumination as stereoscopic images. SOLUTION: This stereomicroscope inclines the body tubes of the microscope incorporating coaxial vertical illumination in order to obtain the stereoscopic images at the same angle of both opposite surfaces and binocularly views the images formed by receiving the halation images created by both with the each other's microscopes.
