PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a corrosion of a concrete with a low cost, simplicity, an ease for an environmental pollution and an efficacy. SOLUTION: Calcium formate and a fine powder of limestone are compounded into a mortar or a concrete as a corrosion inhibitor and the mortar is used as a coating material.
