PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly reliable feed without increasing the grasping force between guide rollers. SOLUTION: A plate discharge and feed means 47, which releases the raw paper clamp part 27 of a plate cylinder 26 to release the leading end of used screen stencil paper 18 to feed the used screen stencil paper 18 into a plate discharge box 48, is provided. This plate discharge and feed means 47 has a feed guide roller 63, pressure contact guide rollers 59 and 61 provided at two places with respect to a plate discharge and feed direction, and the pressure contact belt 65 trained over two pressure contact guide rollers 59 and 61 and brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the feed guide roller 63 under pressure over a constant range. The space between the rotary feed guide roller 63 and the pressure contact guide belt 65 moving along the outer peripheral surface of the roller 63 is set to the feed route of the screen stencil paper 18.
