PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damages of a metal pipe at its surface as much as practicable. SOLUTION: A number of projections 3 are formed on that surface area 2 of metal pipe 1 which is to be subjected to an anti-corroding measure, and the surface of the pipe 1 is formed as an anti-corrosive surface having a number of recesses and projections and is coated with a film 5 of resin.
