PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip plated steel-sheet with Sn-Zn having a more stable corrosion resistance than conventional one. SOLUTION: The hot-dip plated steel-sheet with Sn-Zn superior in a corrosion resistance is characterized by having a hot-dip plated layer with Sn-Zn on a surface of a steel sheet, and by the composition of the plated layer containing Zn of 1-50% in addition to Sn, and by that a ratio (Zn% of a surface layer/Zn% of the whole plated layer) in the plated layer is 0.95 or less. The steel sheet preferably includes 3-25% Cr for an application to building materials, and a coated weight and the standard deviation is preferably 20-50 g/m2 and 4 g/m2 or less respectively for fuel tanks.
