PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prepare a sufficiently compact shape when a pallet is made into a storing shape under empty condition. SOLUTION: Two front side pillars 3a can be folded in such a way that when they are horizontally laid down backward, the undersides under laid down condition come to the lower side than the top face 2a of a floor frame 2 and back side pillars 3b can be piled and folded on the front side pillars 3a under folded condition.
