PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove box attaching structure that can be equipped easily and that can improve the rigidity of a hinge. SOLUTION: An instrument panel 1 has an opening 1a for the glove box 2 and attaching holes 1b, 1c for attaching a hinge plate 3. The hinge plate 3 has attachment holes 3a, 3b corresponding to the attachment holes 1b, 1c and hinge parts 3c, 3d with a cylinder form. The hinge parts 3c, 3d are equipped on both ends respectively. The glove box 2 has bosses 2c, 2e for the hinges. The bosses 2c, 2e for the hinges are extending outside through bases 2b, 2d and have a shape insertable into the hinge parts 3c, 3d. The distance B between the root of boss 2c and the tip of boss 2e is smaller than the distance A between the hinge parts 3c, 3d.
