PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device by which the film thickness dependence of voltage after exposure of a photoreceptor is suppressed in a small range and the photoreceptor can be used in a broad range of the film thickness without troublesome means such as the correction of exposure. SOLUTION: This image forming device features that the exposure of an exposure device which irradiates the photoreceptor with light is set to be >=3 times and <=10 times of the half value exposure of the photoreceptor.
