PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shovel which is improved with respect to an installation site of a capacitor so as to solve problems such as decrease in cooling ability of a radiator, an oil cooler, etc., upsizing of an upper revolving structure, degradation in visibility from a driver seat, decrease in workability, and degradation in its appearance, the problems being caused by the installation site of the capacitor of an air conditioner mounted in the hydraulic shovel. SOLUTION: The capacitor (20) is set in a space (S) enclosed by a pair of main frame members (16 and 17) which are mounted on the upper revolting structure and have a working apparatus installed thereon, and connecting frame member (18) stretched across the main frame members to connect the same together.
