PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivering stacker furnished with a structure capable of improving freedom of designing in accordance with a merchandise concept as a 'soft image' without being caught by the paper delivering stacker made of a rigid material as conventionally. SOLUTION: A paper delivering receiver surface 37 free to be curved and deformed is furnished, and a shape of the paper discharging receiver surface 37 at the time of using the paper delivering stacker 6 and a shape of the paper delivering receiver surface 37 at the time of storing the paper delivering stacker 6 are different from each other. It is possible to constitute a central part in the paper width direction of the paper delivering receiver surface 37 at the time of using the paper delivering stacker to be slightly curved to the lower side along the paper delivering direction or to provide a flat surface maintaining part 43 to form and maintain a flat surface on the paper delivering receiver surface at the time of using the paper delivering stacker on both end parts in the paper width direction of the paper delivering receiver surface.
