PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind an L-LDPE film by only a surface driving system without combining each friction center driving system in a winding device for a slitter. SOLUTION: In the winding device in which a winding shaft 2 is faced to a surface driving roller 4, a plurality of films are wound on a winding shaft after a plastic film 1 is slit, a surface driving is performed for the films by the surface driving roller 4, each film is wound on the winding shaft, a plurality of winding rolls 9 are formed by the winding, each winding roll 9 is pressed on the surface driving roller 4 during the winding starting to the winding completion and contact pressure is generated between both of the winding rolls 9 and the surface driving roller 4, the plastic film is the L-LDPE film and an initial value of contact pressure is selected as 250 to 350 N/M (per film width 1M).
