PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic leather satisfying the requirements on high antibacterial effect and having high resistance to laundry. SOLUTION: This synthetic leather comprises a textile fabric and a zinc pyrithione complex containing polyurethane resin film provided on at least one side of the fabric. This synthetic leather is obtained by forming a film of a polyurethane resin formulated with a zinc pyrithione complex on at least one side of a textile fabric.
