PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a long-term reliability of a pump by efficiently cooling a winding and a bearing without installing a clipped-off vane on a housing as a press part but with installing the vane on a spacer and realize a pump with low vibration by minimizing a distortion of the housing to lessen imbalance. SOLUTION: A vane installed in a spacer between a part of an electric motor 1 and a housing 7 of the pumping part composes a cooling fan. Therefore, the winding and the bearing can be effectively cooled without distortion of the housing 7.
