PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate plowing operation by a front working device. SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic device for a backhoe, which is comprised of a detecting means and a valve device 32. The detecting means detects whether or not lifting operation of a boom 6 and sweeping operation of an arm are simultaneously carried out. The valve device 32 partially takes out pressure oil fed to a lifting driving-side oil passage i of a boom cylinder C1, based on the detection of the means, to thereby suppress a lifting speed of the boom 6.
