PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem conventionally that instantaneously vaporization of liquid fuel fed to the central part of a vaporizing heater 31 at first at start up by heating the central part of a vaporizing heater 31 instantaneously. SOLUTION: The central part of the vaporizing heater 31 is arranged with a high temperature part 31a, of which the temperature can be made to rise faster than the temperature of outer side part. The width of the band heating body on the side of a central electrode tube 29 comprising the vaporizing heater 31 is narrowed and widened towards the outer side. Using the vaporizing heater 31 formed by winding the heater around the central electrode tube 29, the central part where the liquid fuel is fed at first at the start up is heated instantaneously, the liquid fuel fed on the side of the central electrode tube 29 starts vaporizing instantaneously and the catalytic burner can be ignited instantaneously.
