PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve capable of preventing a trouble in view of sanitation without causing iron rust and elution of harmful metal. SOLUTION: In this pressure reducing valve 1, an opening 5 opened upward is formed in a valve casing 2 having an inflow port 3 and a discharge opening 4, the inner surface of the valve casing 2 is covered with a coat, a cylinder part 13 and a valve seat part 14 are integrally formed, and a liner 12 where a piston 20 of a valve element 26 for opening and closing the valve seat part 14 is slidably mounted on the cylinder part 13 is inserted in the valve casing 2 from the opening 5 with water sealing members 36, 38 interposed in a water- tight required part to the valve casing 2, and water contact parts such as the liner 12, the valve element 26 and the like are formed of anticorrosion material. The whole inner surface of the valve casing 2 is formed to be directly seen from one of the inflow port 3, the discharge opening 4 and the opening 5.
