PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a three-dimensional pattern, by which a clear three-dimensional pattern can be formed, and to provide a fiber- shrinking agent for forming the three-dimensional pattern. SOLUTION: This fiber-shrinking agent used for the method for forming the three-dimensional pattern, characterized by containing a bisphenol compound represented by the general formula (I) [X is a group selected from a substituted or non-substituted alkylidene, a cycloalkylidene, O, SO2, and CO; R is a group selected from H, a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, and a halogen; (n) is an integer of 1 to 4].
