PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve medal clogging generated at a narrowing part inside a medal chute in a medal lending machine provided with the medal chute for discharging medals to the medal tray of a slot machine. SOLUTION: In this medal lending machine composed of a main body, a medal payout means provided inside the main body and the medal chute for leading the medals paid out from the medal payout means to the medal tray of a game machine, the medal chute is constituted freely turnably in an almost horizontal direction and provided with the narrowing part formed sectorially to an upstream side, a medal passage formed on the downstream side of the narrowing part for sending out the medals in the state of one column and a projection part formed on the bottom surface of the narrowing part.
