PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the destroy of a frozen food, such as a frozen Chinese dessert, or its package, by which the formation of a pin hole in a package container or the separation of the skin-joined portion of an article received in the container can be prevented. SOLUTION: This method for preventing the break of the frozen food or its package is characterized by once weakly thawing the surface of the frozen food and then packaging the weakly thawed food, when the frozen food such as a frozen Chinese dessert is packaged. |
