<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system capable of flexibly matching a variation in production volume and production type without increasing an equipment cost. SOLUTION: All equipment 7 applying a series of various types of processes to works are divided into a plurality of blocks, and the blocks are connected to each other through conveyors 10 so as to form lines 5. The lines 5 are connected to an automated warehouse 1 through a transfer device 2. By this, the operation rate of each line 5 can be kept at a high level, and the wasteful increase in equipment cost does not occur. Since the production system is divided into the lines 5, addition and deletion of the equipment and lines can be easily performed according to the variation in the production volume and production type.</p> |
