PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store and manage organism information data from an organism information measuring instrument continuously in only one medium, and transmit the stored data to a remote terminal. SOLUTION: A removable storage medium 5 is connected to an organism information measuring instrument 1 and is fed with measured organism information data written thereinto. A terminal device 2, to which the storage medium 5 is connected so that the organism information data are read out and managed, transmits the data read out of the storage medium 5 to a remote terminal 4 via a network 3 such as public telephone lines.
