PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing the therapy or prophylaxis for a variety of osteometabolic diseases including osteoporosis, osteoclasis in rheumatoid arthritis, bone metastasis and osteoclasis by cancer cells and the DNA that is used in the testing method. SOLUTION: In the nucleotide sequence represented in the sequence No.1 in the sequence table (please see the specification of this invention), the objective DNA comprises any nucleotide among the sequences from the nucleotide No.1 to the nucleotide No.1063 as the 5' terminus and the nucleotide of the nucleotide No.1675 as the 3' terminus. |
