The invention relates to an electroacoustic converter, working on the electrodynamic principle, in particular, for application in mobile telephones. The invention is characterised in that the magnet system (3) in the electroacoustic converter is spring mounted relative to the housing (1) and that the magnet system co-operates with a fixed vibration coil (8), arranged opposite the housing (1) and is thus set in vibration.
