PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for controlling weeds, capable of improving the work condition of a worker, and hardly inhibiting the growth of a seedling. SOLUTION: This sheet for controlling the weeds is characterized in that a nonwoven fabric layer colored in a white system, and a nonwoven fabric layer having a color of a black system, and shading properties are formed into a laminate state having air permeability and water permeability by an adhering means.
