The composition of a cellular phone case for shielding electromagnetic wave in order to prevent any malfunction of the cellular phone due to the electromagnetic wave interference and minimize radiation of the electromagnetic wave into a human body, includes 90 to 70 w% of synthetic resins selected in a group consisting of polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) and blend of PC and ABS, and 10 to 30w% of electromagnetic wave absorber with a particle size of 0.1 to 30 mu m.
