PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional hanger that it is easy to be blown away by wind from a pole because it hungs by a single hook. SOLUTION: A double-hung hanger comprises two hooks, an additional one of which is directed reversely to the original one in such a way as to close the gap of the conventional hanger hook. The hooks are laterally arranged leaving a space larger than the diameter of the pole. They have rubber band catches provided at the upper portions thereof with a rubber band passing therebetween.
