PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency supporting device which can be easily prepared at any place, and is equipped with a constitution wherein the supply of water and electricity required for an evacuation life or the like is possible. SOLUTION: This emergency supporting device is used as a supply source of water and electricity or the like at the time of a disaster or the like. The emergency supporting device is equipped with a pump (4), a water purifying device (5), a generator (3), and a light projector (6). In this case, the pump (4) is loaded on a truck (2) having wheels (2A), and is driven by driving sources including a manual method. The water purifying device (5) is loaded on the truck (2), and can supply water while purifying the water which is pumped up by the power of the pump (4). The generator (3) is loaded on the truck (2) and uses an internal combustion engine as the driving source. The light projector (6) is loaded on the truck (2) and can be lit with power from the generator (3).
