<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the contact of the liquid and the packing material uniformly, to get rid of the unavailable part and to make possible to display the high capacity, by arranging horizontally the cylindrical vessel (used as both of the liquid tank and the packing container) having the inflow opening and outlet of liquid or gas respectively at both end parts and containing the packing material inside and by making rotate slowly the above vessel.</p> |
