PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust each part of a panorama radiograph device to a correct position of the head part of a patient. SOLUTION: A sensor 16 is provided at a standing position of a patient to check if the patient is introduced to a specified position, a side surface camera 7 to monitor a side surface of the head part of the patient is provided on a radiographic part 3 suspended from a rotary arm forward/backward slide mechanism which is rotatable, slidable, and vertically movable within a horizontal plane, and a front surface camera 10 to monitor a front surface of the head part of the patient is provided close to a chin rest 9 which is vertically movable. Face image data obtained by both cameras 7 and 10 is analyzed by a computer, a moving direction or a moving direction with moving quantity for each part of a position-based adjusting device is displayed in a display part based on analyzed values, and an operator adjusts the device to a correct position of the head part of the patient in accordance with displayed instruction by the computer.
