APPARATUS FOR REMOVING ODOR GENERATED FROM OIL SCUM STORAGE TANK IN STEELMAKING FACILITIES

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing odor generated from oil scum storage tank in steelmaking facilities is provided, which is characterized in that odor of oil scum is removed by scrubbing water and activated carbon filter. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a scrubbing tower(4) for dissolving odorous gas by scrubbing water, being formed with an inlet(7) and an outlet(8); a gas inlet(3) for introducing odorous gas into the scrubbing tower(4), being equipped with a ventilation port of an oil scum storage tank; an activated carbon filter tower(11) installed at the upper part of the scrubbing tower(4); and a pipe(13) for discharging cleaned gas.
