The GOA circuit comprises a plurality of GOA unit groups (1) arranged to be in series connection with one another, each of the GOA unit groups (1) comprising at least one stage of a GOA unit (2) arranged to be in series connection with one another. The GOA circuit also comprises a control unit (3), the control unit (3) being connected to a first stage of a GOA unit in each of the GOA unit groups (1), and being used for inputting a frame start signal (STV) to the first stage of a GOA unit in a first GOA unit group in a display area. The GOA circuit can reduce the power consumption of a display device product effectively.
