According to the inventive method for producing the board from waste paper, the paper stock is first mixed with water to produce a pulp. This pulp is transferred to a mould which enables the water to be poured off quickly. The contents of the mould are then pressed on a vertical pressing device, de-watered and dried. The resulting board contains 70-80 % mass inter-bonded paper fibres and 20-30 % mass combined moisture. The board can be used for packaging, heat and sound insulation, filling, roofing, interior linings and compensating elements, especially in the construction and furniture industries. |
