PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling common voltage of a liquid crystal display is provided to accurately adjust the common voltage to minimize flicker and applies different common voltages depending on pixel voltage levels of a liquid crystal panel to compensate for a pixel voltage difference caused by a delay in a gate line. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for controlling common voltage of a liquid crystal display includes a plurality of variable resistors(VR1,VR2) serially connected to a power supply and ground terminal, and a plurality of common voltage output ports(Vcom1,Vcom2) connected between the variable resistors. The first resistor(R1) is connected between the power supply and the variable resistors and the second resistor(R2) is connected between the variable resistors and the ground terminal.
