PURPOSE:To form a water film having a uniform thickness by applying wet air uniformly to the surface of a drum. CONSTITUTION:This is a device to form a water film on the surface of a casting drum by being provided on a manufacturing device of a resin film manufacturing a resin film by supplying a sheetlike molten resin on the drum and provided with a main body 24, a pipe 26 as a wet air spouting device and a wire net member 29. The main body 24 is capable of arranging in close vicinity to the surface of the drum and possesses a chamber 25 opening toward a surface side of the drum. The pipe 26 is for spouting the wet air against a chamber 25 of the main body 24. The wire net member 29 is arranged between the pipe 26 and an opening part of the chamber 25 of the main body 24 and for scattering of the wet air within the chamber 25. |
