PURPOSE: A real-time interactive educational system in an Internet educational broadcast is provided to progress study according to a user's learning capability level by offering a real-time interactive educational service and to maximize the learner's study efficiency by making his doubtful or questionable matters on learning immediately solved in real time. CONSTITUTION: A cyber lecturer(1), who passed a cyber lecturer qualification test(5), provides a real-time interactive educational service to a learner(2). The learner(2) pays the cost for the educational service and stores information on satisfaction for the provided educational service in the cyber lecturer's database(6). In case that the learner(2) is satisfied with the learning service at more than the average satisfaction, the cyber lecturer(1) can earn the cost the learner(1) paid for the educational service as his income, exclusive of some commission, such as a client and service program fee, etc.
