PREPARATION METHOD OF POLYANILINE AND ITS APPARATUS FOR MASS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE: A method for preparing polyaniline and its apparatus are provided to produce polyaniline useful as an electrolyte for an electrolysis capacitor, an electromagnetic wave-blocking material, an electrode material for a secondary battery, a conductive paint material, a resistive paste material and an antistatic material massively. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding 30 L of 1 M HCl solution into a main reactor(20) of 60 L, adding aniline monomer to the reactor to make the concentration be 0.22 M, and dissolving it at a temperature of 0 deg.C; adding 20 L of 1 M HCl solution into an auxiliary reactor(30) of 0 deg.C connected with the main reactor(20) through a first pipe line(41), adding ammonium peroxydisulfate to make the concentration be 0.05 M, and dissolving it to prepare a first solution; injecting the first solution into the main reactor(20) through the first pipe line(41) for 10-20 min, and stirring it at a temperature of 0 deg.C for 90 min; injecting the product produced at the main reactor(20) into a filtering device(70) connected with the main reactor through second and third pipe lines,(42, 43) and filtering it to obtain polyaniline cake.
