摘要 PURPOSE: A method for making a solid electrolytic condenser using a functional polymer electrolytic compound is provided to achieve an electric characteristic in a high frequency range by using a laminated aluminum element having an oxide aluminum layer on an etched aluminium plate. CONSTITUTION: An oxide aluminium electrolytic capacitor(10) is dipped into a polyaniline solution having a high conductivity, is dried in a driving oven maintained at a predetermined temperature, and thus a solvent is completely removed. An impregnation and a coating have a superior characteristic under the condition of a room-temperature-high-pressure, a room-temperature-low-pressure, a high-temperature-high-pressure, and a high-temperature-low-pressure. The polyaniline electrolytic solution(11) are uniformly infiltrated in the etched aluminium pores, and is uniformly coated on an oxide layer. An Ag electrode(18) and a carbon(17) are deposited on the dried element, and is dried. Anode and cathode are epoxy-molded, thereby obtaining a functional polymer solid electrolytic capacitor.
