The back frame (2) is articulated on a seat part frame (1) provided with floor anchorings (3) which comprise an activator (33) with stable locking and unlocking positions. A runner (6) is mounted between anchoring unlocking controls (42,5) and the back articulation and is engaged by one end (63) with back position indicators (23) and a rotational stop (24) and by the other end with the control. When the back is raised, the position indicators lock the runner and prevent activation of the unlocking control. When the back is folded down onto the seat part and the anchorings are unlocked, the runner is pushed by the control to act with the stop to prevent the back being re-raised.
